"Simple to use and adjust. This brace is more to prevent injury or rolling your sore ankle again. I folded up a neoprene Koozie to provide addition padding where my bone rubbed against the brace. I found my lace up ankle brace with 3 velcro overlapping straps had better support. But that is for my ankle condition. Great customer service. The company responded to my inquiries the very same day :)"
"Bottom strap could be wider and a little more beefy, seems a little flimsy, Velcro straps could have more Velcro on the overlap portion, I have big legs and there is more than 2 inches extra strap sticking out, had to buy more Velcro to keep extra against leg, yes I could have trimmed excess but I did not want to modify the product"
