"I really liked this brace especially once set to the correct angles I needed. This is built well and provides great support, it isn't hard to use/fit but if you add the angle stops you really should have a doctor help so you don't lose range of motion and it helps you the best way it can. But for the basics it is great and I love the quick release straps that makes everything easier."

"This brace is the only thing that has offered my knee any relief. I am scheduled for a knee replacement in a few months. "This knee brace arrived just two days after ordering and was in perfect condition. As we experimented with the brace, we realize there were some adjustments that could be made to better conform the brace to my friends knee. As suggested by another reviewer, watching the video on the product page is a good way to introduce yourself to some of the adjustments. The brace itself is constructed quite well, and my friend, who is awaiting knee surgery as we speak, has found it does relieve some of the pressures and pain he has been experiencing. "With all the variation in movement a knee joint goes through in normal daily life, a tool designed to redistribute the load has to be strong and accurately adjustable. This tool is all that, and it gives the impression of a more expensive medical device. It will take some time to adjust it and discover what works, but then if your problem in the knee area is localized, this device can reduce the load on the weak point and enable normal functioning. It's tedious to put it on, but I doubt it could be much simpler and still do the jobs and adjust to many users."
"I'm basically bone on bone so I have acquired quite a collection of braces throughout the years to help keep me active. I love these open style braces because they are a lot more breathable and you can set the max extension and flexion. Being able to set the range of motion I'm after helps me from causing more damage. Being able to push out pull the kneecap with the twist of a knob is a game changer since no tools are needed. The only actual tool you need (which is included) is a Phillips head for the inserts to set your range of motion. I like that they went with this option because you don't have to worry about losing a proprietary tool. The design of this brace is one of the most comfortable and secure ones I've tried. There is more padding in the straps than I've seen before and they have a nonslip gripper to ensure the brace doesn't slide down. The straps are easy to adjust and once you have them set, you really don't need to deal with the Velcro straps going forward. There are quick release buckles to make it easier to put on and take off going forward. The instructions on how to set up the brace is one of the most thoroughly written instructions I've received for this style. It's added an understanding of it's functionality and adds a ton of value as a consumer."
