If the knee joint is severely deformed and bent, this brace may not be suitable. This is because the leg is deformed and the brace cannot fit to the knee, then the shell of the brace may cause damage to the calf.
This brace is not suitable for this condition. It provides immobilization and support when the knee is slightly bent. However, when the bend is large, it does not provide adequate protection and support, or even cause aggravation of the symptoms.
