1. Non-inflated- Cam walkers have no inflatable bladder, but provide basic support for patients with minor injuries. They provide an economical solution for your injury.
2. Adjustable inflation- (also knows as Air Cam Walkers) provide the patient with an inflatable air bladder giving needed compression for increased stabilization of the injury. Air cast cam walker fracture boots accommodate different swelling patterns that often are associated with the recovery process.
3. ROM (Range-of-Motion)-This version of medical cam walker fracture boot sets the angle of the ankle to a fixed set point or allows a range of movement between a set angle. This type of medical boot provides beyond 90 degrees of flex if needed. It's best to ask your health care provider if the ankle needs to be fixed or allowed to move.
4. ROM Pneumatic –(ROM Air Cam Walker Boots) including Adjustable inflation and ROM version. This one offer a full range of protection needs.
Cam Walkers also differ by the base of the foot. Some are wide for a comfort fit and some have memory foam to conform to the foot. CAM walker fracture boots are also designed to fit either foot(so there is no need to choose LEFT or RIGHT) and come in HIGH and LOW top depending on your specific needs.

@4. ROM Pneumatic –(ROM Air Cam Walker Boots): I fractured and sprained my foot in quick succession and this boot was brilliant in getting me back on my feet. Quickly I was able to move from crutches to walking wiht this support and it keep everything together on my daily commute by train. The price was good value in comparison to other models and the adjustable compression was very comfortable and supportive. Excellent purchase.

Just received the boot and wore it all day. Very comfortable. This is my second boot. The first boot I brought from my local medical supply store and it sucked. After a few hours of wearing it my foot started to hurt especially the heel.
The ROM feature is perfect for rehabilitation. You can set the angles so your foot can move or just have it stationary at 90 degrees. Defiantly an option worth considering.
The boot came on time and in perfect condition.
